Free Dental Work: Not sure what is closer - case western reserve university dental school or ohio state university school of dentistry. Typically schools will offer major discounts & sometimes free treatment (excellent treatment) for situations like yours. Additionally, just like major injuries are triaged - so too would be your mouth. Sources of immediate pain & infection would be treated first, then cavities.

Dental School: As others advised, you will receive excellent care at a teaching institution. A sliding fee schedule can be set up to that your cost is minimal.

Pay it forward: Encourage others to save the pain & expense of repairing the teeth by brushing at least twice a day, flossing daily, eating healthy, & cutting back on tooth damaging liquids like coffee, soda, sugary & acidic juices.
