Firstly : Firstly you must go and have a dentist look at the problem. You are not going to be able to correct it yourself. There are a number of possible causes for the discomfort you feel. It does sound as though the filling might have been subjected to pressure during the removal of the wisdom tooth, or simply the back of the filled tooth. It is also possible that the back of the last molar is now exposed as the gum recedes, this can make it more sensitive to temperature change. That wisdom tooth may have been in the bite again the opposing tooth, and now in its absence, greater pressure in being imposed upon the filled tooth. This too might make the tooth tender. Unfortunately : Unfortunately there is nothing you can do. You have to see your dentist to get it checked out.
