Not alone: These supplements are just that. They do nothing on there own. The only way to lose body fat is to burn more calories then taking in. This is done by better and smarter nutrition and exercise. The exercise which should include resistance training as well as cardiovascular training will help you not only lose body fat, but gain physical strength. Supplements are a very small help to this process.
