Trying to loose: weight is something you need to do under the guidance of your doctor. I think your question is that you have gained weight during your gym training time and want to loose some of that, which may be mostly muscle. Balance between the foods used to fuel you and exercise is critical or you may become weak or sick. Peace and good health.
