Not enough info but: Generally speaking, creatine itself is not known to increase body temperature and cause one to feel "hot". If you are taking a product that contains creatine in addition to other supplements, perhaps one or more of the other compounds may be the issue. Furthermore, I would recommend only Creapure creatine monohydrate. Don't fall for all the other creatines with useless bells and whistles.
