NOT low-impact but:: With adrenal fatigue avoid aerobic exercise at first; if you feel tired the day after exercise you've overdone it. Do a "body sculpting" program of light calisthenics ; weight lifting, using very low resistance(small weights) ; many repetitions, involving the whole-body.
