Unclear: Adrenal fatigue is not widely accepted to be a medical diagnosis by endocrinologists. If you meant 'adrenal insufficiency, ' then i'd say there usually is no recommended diet, so corn bread is neither good or bad.

Sure: Most people diagnosed with "adrenal fatigue" do not have adrenal insufficiency. If someone has made this diagnosis in you go to a real endocrinologist, a member of the endocrine society or aace to get a second opinion.

Feed your adrenals : Cortisol - as are all corticosteroids is derived from cholesterol. Studies have shown that a high saurated fat, low polyunsaturated fat diet will increase corticosteroid levels. Also supplementation with pregnenolone will increase ability of your adrenals to make cortisol, progesterone, estrogen, testosterone and other corticoids. Reduce all forms of stress. Get sleep and sunlight.
