External hemorrhoids: Add a stool softener 3x daily, use sitz baths 2x/day with 3 cups epsom salts added to the water, anusol cream/suppositories will also be beneficial. There are drugs on the market such as Linzess that are obtainable from a physician that may be of bebefit.
