My hip bones mostly on the right are in pain throughout the day and can't lay on one side to long at a time.also my buttocks seems to be sore all the time. i am not a couch potato i do have hemmroid bleeding problems caused by ibs.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. The pain may due to osteoporosis/osteomalacia. You may try taking Vitamin D3 at a dose of 4000 units/day and calcium. But it would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!
