Have a dr appt. any tips of what to say so that i don't just get told that i prob have ibs or that it is all in my head. bleeding & nausea. ab pain?

Honest detail: Be careful to avoid overly descriptive (/melodramatic) adjectives, but describe the timing of symptoms, the nature, spectrum and intensity of them. What you have tried (or Drs have tried) to improve your symptoms, and what works / what does not. In general, the Dr. will listen to you, just should not shut you down early with a pre-determination.
