I'm 32. i have prickly anal sensation. comes and goes. no bleeding, no diarrhea dx with ibs yrs ago. what are common benign causes?

Try avoiding vigorous anal wiping with harsh toilet paper and after a few wipes with plain toilet paper, clean further with a lotion like balneol. When dry apply a cortisone type cream.. If not improved after several days, consult a proctologist for diagnosis and treatment.
