Need more info: "polyps" is an unusual diagnosis for lungs. Cancers in the lungs generally start as single masses. Multiple lung nodules are usually healed granulomatous disease -- TB or histoplasmosis; where i live, a majority of people have some nodules due to the latter. If your brother has fatigue most of the time, he needs to look for some other explanation.
