Typically: It depends on type of polyp found/ removed and why scoped. Consider full colonoscopy if there was one, there could be more. Typically a colonoscopy every 5 yrs is indicated with a family history of colon cancer or a personal hx of polyp or cancer (at a minimum). Consult a GI specialist for further management.
