Is it possible to have a leak after gastric sleeve and not know it? pain throughout stomach with pancreatitis. all lab work fine except amylase/lipase

Other way: It's more accurate to say the pancreatitis caused the sleeve procedure!!! well, obesity which causes the sleeve procedure also causes pancreatitis through gallstone formation and other reasons. Then, the pancreatitis causes leaks in TEN PERCENT of those who have it. Pancreatitis can cause collection of fluid. Imaging studies would show what is going on.
