Clinical Breast exam: If not already done, a clinical breast exam(cbe) done by your doctor is the first step to find the cause. Since your mammogram is normal, i doubt that we will find anything obvious to explain the cause of your breast symptoms, so visit your doctor for cbe; if it is normal, then i would not worry about anything else and treat this discomfort with a mild pain medicine like 2 tabs of tylenol (acetaminophen) as needed.
