I noticed last week that my left breast suddenly has become bigger than my right breast and sags a bit lower. there is no reddish ness or swelling or pain or itching. i had a mammogram last august and everything was normal then. what could possibly?

Do you have any other medical problem? Have you received Covid-19 vaccine on your left arm recently? If the answer is no, you should observe your breast for now. If something is really wrong with it, the difference will be more noticeable in time. You should not worry about breast cancer because it is not manifested that way especially if you do not feel a big mass on your breast.
