Over-thinking things: Can be difficult. You may be hyperactive or even have ocd. Start by talking w/your doc who may refer you to a mental health professional. Lifestlye and diet changes can help also, i.e., avoid stimulating foods and exercise. Peace and good health.

Thinking too much?: Our minds are always thinking, and this is normal. You have the capacity to let go of thoughts, though -- practice through mindfulness meditation, etc. If your thoughts feel extremely fast and bothersome and you're having trouble sleeping though, please consider seeing a psychiatrist for personal consultation.
