You need: To talk to a professional counselor to help you with your thinking and give you tips on how to change your thought patterns when this happens. It is very effective and then you will be able to sleep at night.

Therapy: Do you really want? This type of dilemmas are very common. It is very good that you decided to ask for help with it.Best next step is to discuss it in therapy, or as an alternative, with people that you consider safe enough to keep your secrets and can provide the best advice. If the difficulty to sleep becomes a separate, independent issue, it can also be treated.I hope all your dreams come true.
