No, if kidney's okay: With normal kidneys and heart much water will be handled okay and will help with weight loss and preventing stone disease. Be cautious of edema which means need to slow down drinking. So, the infamous 8-10 cups a day are easily handled as long as you have no edema, heart disease, or kidney disease.
