Second opinion: Please get that tooth checked again for peri apical pathosis or it could be the periodontal situation . The tissue around the tooth .X ray and periodontal checkup will determine the outcome of the situation . Also have the dentist check the occlusion or if there any premature contact with opposing tooth after placing the crown.
