Teeth #14, 1. crowned, 2. infected, 3. root canalled. still sore outer side of tooth. before having to pull will i have pain, infections, symptom etc?

Yes: If the root canal was done less than six weeks ago it may still be healing, however if a root is cracked the tooth is hopeless. A cracked or split root can be very hard to identify and will not heal. Or if there is also a periodontal problem that needs to be addressed.

Depends: It depends on when the root canal was done. If recent it may just need time to heal or it may need a bite adjustment. If it was done a while ago it may need retreatment and i would recommend an endodontist. See your dentist for options.

See your dentist: Depends on when was the root canal done..If was just done within a week..Can feel sore...Your dentist wouldbe best to evaluate but if root canal was done long back and teeth stll sore can see endodontist and get the root canal reevaluated..Or may have to be redone..Also tooth extraction would only be recommended if the tooth is untreatable ..Se yout dentist and get it checked..
