PROBABLY A BIT MUCH: For a daily dose
d3- 1, 000-3, ooo units daily should suffice
or prescription vitamin d, 50, 000 units once a week
there is such a thing as poisoning and toxic side effects from vitamin d excess, so please do not go along on this ride. Consult your physician for proper dosing and monitoring of your levels.
Stay safe.
