Are you on medications including calcium pills or tums (calcium carbonate)? The labs should be repeated. I am assuming your vitamin d25 is low that is not unexpected where we live. Talk to your MD.

Low vitamin D: High-end calcium in the reference range means nothing in this context. Do yourself a favor and supplement with vitamin d and/or get a little more sunlight

Low vitamin D: This could be nothing or anything. The first step is to have your vitamin D level measured again - the labs do make errors. "Borderline" calcium does not mean much unless there are problems with other lab studies that have either not been done or have not been reported to you. Can you please keep me informed about the outcome.
