Recent trauma?: Nose swelling could be a nonspecific finding. If you recently had surgery or suffered a trauma to the area, this is likely normal. A common reason for unilateral nose swelling is because of allergies. Give the swelling time, if it increases in size or intensity, see your primary care doctor.
