Be safe and have this looked at, as it appears from your description that you possess a developing infection. Incision and drainage may be needed, and antibiotics may be necessitated to prevent a progressive cellulitis up the arm.

Agree with Dr. Mechanic. See a doctor before it gets worse. While you are at it, get booster dose of Tetanus. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

Your punctured wound has now become infected. Pus build up and swelling cause tightness and pain. You can take ibuprofen for that. Need to get examined. You may need oral antibiotics. Incision and drainage, possible admission for IV antibiotics if failed outpatient Tx or condition gets worst. Make sure you had your Td/ Tdap 7 years ago.
