Behavioral Treatment: The best treatments are stimulus control and sleep restriction. Stimulus control means only use the bedroom fro sleep and sex and if you are not sleepy after 15 minutes get up. Sleep restriction restricts your time in bed to the actual amount of time you are sleeping and only permits you to lengthen your time in bed when you are sleeping 90% of that.
