Don't Diet: The first thing to answer, are you looking to lose, maintain, or gain weight. Eating is not hard, you just have to eat the right food at the right times. If you eat a lot of junk food, don't. There are tons of healthy, good tasting foods and snacks these days. I would have to know more specifics to help you. You should be eating some food at least 4-5 times/day. Proteins, fats and carbs are a must

Avoid sugar/carbs: Altering your diet is more appropriate than dieting. Added sugar and carbs cause insulin spikes that over time lead to hyperinsulinemia, insulin resistance and the blocking of leptin (the I'm full hormone). The brain never gets the signal of satiety and so over consumption results. Insulin increases don't allow your fat stores to be accessed. You keep burning glucose instead of fat. Get off sugar!
