Variable: Maybe a 10-20 point (mg) decrease could be expected. But remember, diet and exercise must be done appropriately, and the diet must really decrease fat and cholesterol intake. You will have to monitor everything very closely. Given your age, you should have a bump in a short time -- but it may take several months to be seen -- and then you must stick with it! good luck.
