Hi im trying to lose weight ive been dieting and exercising mostly regularly and i havent noticed a difference, i started in october. its like no matter what i do i cant seem to lose weight. im starting to lose the drive to work out. plz help?

Your combination of dieting and exercise is obviously not working. See a dietitian to get a wt reduction diet and combine with an exercise program for wt. reduction. Good Luck
