Your combination of dieting and exercise is obviously not working. See a dietitian to get a wt reduction diet and combine with an exercise program for wt. reduction. Good Luck

Take one 8oz of Warm/Hot water first thing in the morning before you put anything else in your mouth. Just sit up and sip on it as if you were drinking tea or coffee and then go about your daily activity as usual. Persistent practice usually give good results in weight and waist line size loss in 2 to 3 weeks. Try it, have hope.
