Yes: Severe psychiatric disorders--with delusions and hallucinations, severe major depression with/ without psychosis, signifcant biipolar disorder all severly impair functioning. Interfere with sleep and may oftten interfere with appetite and decrease general activity. All these factors may decrease wt. ; overall impaired funcdtioning.--wi/passivity, inactivity. Low energy ; anhedonia effect wt.
