Total body: If you want a total body workout using only dumbells then here it is. Start with lower body with lunges, then straight leg dead lift, calf raises, all can be done with dumbells. Next a bicep and tricep exercise done alternating dumbells with supinating curls into overhead extensions. Next a shoulder exercise which works all 3 heads, the Arnold press. And finally, chest press and single arm rows
