In-home DVDs: A suggestion would be to first speak to your family physician, internist or care provider for a pre-workout screening. Then, consider an in-home fitness program (there are several on dvds) that systematically improve your overall endurance, aerobic (cardiovascular) capacity, and strength (including core strength).

Workout Program: Totally depends on what you goals are from the workout program. The best program would be one you enjoy, look forward to, is inexpensive and convenient. If you can specify your goals from the program it would be easier to advise to help you.
