Vocal Chord Dysfunct: You may or may not have vocal chord dysfunction. Do you have any trouble speaking or change in the character of your voice? I would see an ENT physician to scope your esophagus due to your history of GERD. As far as Asthma goes, I'd like to see you mentioning your rescue inhaler as well. Full history and physical indicated, review of history, possibly some imaging and further workup. Good luck
