May not be permanent: If you haven't been taking medication for asthma you may find lung function returning to normal when you do. You will need a controller medication like an inhaled corticosteroid & a bronchodilator like albuterol. Unfortunately, some patients who have had asthma for many years have lung scarring with irreversible loss of lung function. Still these medications can restore a lot of lung power.

This can be reversed: With aggressive management of asthma, you can ultimately reverse most if not all of this. See a pulmonologist.

Need better control: Lung age is a meaningless number. Your test seems to show that your asthma is not under control and adjustments need to be made. Most people in your condition are able to return to normal lung function ("age") with treatment.
