Poses & Activity: There are many poses that can help with pelvic weight/fat loss. In general, anything that fires the muscles under the area you are describing. This is most often achieved with your knees bent causing big muscles to fire, like the glutes, quads, etc. The sun salutation would be one to consider, but pretty much anything that uses the legs and glutes would be good.
