? Contact allergy: It sounds like a contact allergy to the waist trimmer wrap. I would recommend trying Benadryl (diphenhydramine). If this does not help I would recommend going to see your family doctor or to the emergency room to have them evaluate and treat.

Could be cellulitis: Cellulitis is a skin infection. It can be hard to treat. Start with warm compresses. If it gets worse or you feel sick, see a doctor immediately.
