I'm getting 3-4 nosebleeds a day, quite serious, probably around 50ml+ blood loss per time, currently got a cold too. been going on for a week.

Try topical: Treatment with application of vaseline and humidifying air. If this doesn't work, see a doctor to exclude blood disorders or tumors of the nasal cavity. If you are taking any blood thinners including aspirin, you should stop them. 50 ml is a lot of blood for a nosebleed.
