I had a severe posterior nosebleed that needed a rapid rhino to get it to stop. i had the rapid rhino removed by an ent yesterday but im still spitting out blood mixed with my spit. could all this be from blood that filled my sinus cavities?

Yes, it is likely old blood. If the site bleeds again the blood will come out in your nostril as well.
