Blood in mucus and nose bleeds? happening once a week, i have severe allergies and live in tx. it is allergy season. not coughing up just spitting.

Do that each night and that should help. See an ear, nose, and throat (ENT) specialist if that doesn't help. Also use a humidifier in the room at night.
