Emollient: You may try using a very small amount of emollient like Vaseline to the opening of the nose. Do not go deep and apply very small amount. If it persists past the allergy season, you should see an ENT doctor to ascertain if cauterization if the bleeding area may be needed.

Treat the allergies: Very common to get a very small amount of Blood tinged with severe nasal congestion.Treat the allergies.Start with antihistamine such as zyrtec and then can also get nasal staroid such as Flonase Over the counter.Your physician can also add singular but unlikely needed.If the nasal mucosa is dry can do a cool mist humidifer in the bedroom but change water daily.can also use Vaseline.

Nasal saline gel: Nasal saline gel works very well (made by AYR). Apply to the septum inside the nose (the center section) that's where the blood vessels that bleed are. Do that each night and that should help. See an ear, nose, and throat (ENT) specialist if that doesn't help. Also use a humidifier in the room at night.
