I get really scared and have anxiety when i get a nosebleed. it is a huge fear of mine. my blood scares me and especially from a nosebleed. i read being nervous can make it worse. is this true? what can i do? thank you?

Nose bleeding is mostly a nuisance, however, some individuals are overly scared of watching fresh blood. I would like to suggest to see an ENT specialist whether you have a treatable condition. I would also suggest applying vaseline inside nostril each night which will certainly reduce frequency of nose bleeding.
