Nosebleed: Many things can cause nosebleeds - trauma (nose picking, forceful nose blowing), dry nose, allergic rhinitis, viral rhinitis, intra-nasal steroid overuse (overuse of nasocort OTC), blood disorders, tumors.... Since it has been happening for sometimes, I suggest you come and see a local physician to have a good examination to tease out what may cause it.

See a doctor: Recurrent heavy nosebleeds need to be evaluated. I suggest that you go see an ear, nose, & throat doctor (ENT) soon.
