After r heart cath dr said artery runs through heart muscle instead of on the outside. what does this mean? can it cause unwanted symptoms?

Hmmmm: Information here is incomplete. A r heart cath doesn't show the coronary arteries. However an intramyocardial artery can occasionally cause symptoms. The cath would need to be carefully reviewed.
