Can mitral stenosis or pulmonary hypertension on the left side of the heart be causing poor circulation throughout the body and cause symptoms during exercise in the muscles such as muscle cramping, ache, fatigue, and heaviness?

Your question is not clear. What do you mean by "pulmonary hypertension on the left side of the heart"? If you have mitral stenosis and pulmonary hypertension, it can cause the symptoms you described. It would be prudent to consult a cardiologist.

Pulmonary hypertension is on Right side of heart. Mitral stenosis on left. If either severe can cause fatigue shortness of breath and death. Discuss with your team.
