The anterior apical ischemia means the part of the heart (heart muscle) is lack of blood (ischemia) by lexiscan. If that ischemia is fixed it mean the myocardium (heart muscle) is dead (scarring), if the ischemic area is reversible the corresponding vessel (usually the left anterior descending coronary artery or its branch) has blockage.
