Glomus tumor: Would suspect a glomus tumor. Is the pain intensified with cold exposure? Gladium MRI study would delineate the tumor, plain MRI not as useful for dx. Sometimes seen on t1, t2 phases of mri.Could possibly be a neuroma in continuity as well seek care with a hand surgeon.
