I feel like fluid is trapped under my finger. to the right side of my nail. a mri/x ray showed nothing. it feels like it needs lanced? can i do this at home? hurts to touch..pressure.. getting frustrated finding care? been to hand specialist even?

Do not lance it then you will have a new problem. If an examination of a hand surgeon and MRI do not reveal any lesion on your finger then your problem could be neuropathic. You should be evaluated by a neurologist. Good luck.
