Dr. Corey Bosin answered

Miscar: Unfortunately, a falling hcg, and no indication of fetus on u/s are indicators of a miscarriage.

5 weeks today. US 4 days ago showed small sac, no yolk sac or fetal pole. Hcg 2 days ago was 2782, Hcg today, 2 days later is 6889. Should I be seeing more on an ultra sound with such a high hcg? Is it possible it's a blighted ovum?

At 5w2d gestational sac measured 33mm, no fetal pole/yolk sac. Hcg went from 134 to 171 in 48 hours. Impending miscarriage/blighted ovum? Ovulation kit used, confident in dates?

Diagnosed with blighted ovum. blood hCG =271. Could I have ovulated that day? Or would it take at least 14 days for another ovulation?

Is ovulation possible when blood hCG level of 271 in blighted ovum pregnancy? Could sex day of blood test cause another pregnancy? Miscarried next day

Went to ER had a u/s done for light bleed. sac was measurin 4mm/5mm. No yolk sac or baby seen. Wouldve been 4w6d. Hcg lvls were 1800 and then had a repeat blood test two days later and was 2768. Could this be a blighted ovum or just too early?
Hcg levels doubled from 998@21dp5dt to 2048@23dp5dt. A 6wk scan only shown a gestation sac but no yolk sac/fetal pole. Could this be a blighted ovum?
US at 5w5d gest sac meaures 5w1d but yolk sac is seen. My OB is dx with blighted ovum due to HCG being over 7000, stating a fetal pole should have been seen. Is this accurate?
