Went to er had a u/s done for light bleed. sac was measurin 4mm/5mm. no yolk sac or baby seen. wouldve been 4w6d. hcg lvls were 1800 and then had a repeat blood test two days later and was 2768. could this be a blighted ovum or just too early?

Need more info: You may wish to repeat HCG level in 2-3 days and if it does not double then the pregnancy may be threatened. Wish you good health!
