Prognathism : When you view your profile dots your lower jaw and chin appear to be prominent? If so, the inward tipped lower teeth are but a sign of a complex jaw problem. You should have a consultation with an orthodontist to see what can be done without wearing regular braces.

Yes: Clear Aligners may help. There are other removable appliances that can correct very slight malalignment. Know, however, that nothing works as well as braces, nothing. See Dr Sara Altamash Kahn in Karachi for expert opinion.
