A few things: It could be due to the swelling from the surgery or from laying in a position that caused the numbness. Usually this will resolve on its own. Contact your doctor for recommendations.

ER: The numbness in your mouth is either some residual local anesthesia or inflammation to the nerve from the injections or removal of the teeth. That numbness is usually temporary. However, the numbness on your arms concerns me and i would strongly suggest that you seek medical attention immediately, including a visit to the emergency room or 24\7 medical facility if necessary.
